Accessibility

Video should work for everyone who watches it.

We want everyone to be able to record, watch and respond to videos, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, captions or voice control.

Our target

Bujua aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA across this website, the app and every video share page.

What that means in practice

  • Every video gets captions and a transcript automatically.
  • The player works fully from the keyboard: space to play, arrow keys to seek, M to mute, C for captions, F for full screen.
  • Charts in viewer insights have a table view with the same numbers.
  • Menus, dialogs and tabs follow the WAI-ARIA patterns, and focus is always visible.
  • Text and controls meet contrast requirements in light and dark mode.
  • Layouts work at 320 pixels wide and at 400% zoom, and motion is reduced when you ask your system for it.

How we test

Every release runs automated checks with axe against WCAG 2.2 A and AA on every page, on desktop and phone sizes, through a real browser. We also test with the keyboard and with screen readers.

Known limitations

Captions are generated automatically and can contain mistakes, especially with names and technical terms. Videos people upload may contain content that isn’t accessible; we encourage creators to describe anything important that is only shown on screen.

Reporting a problem

If something is hard to use, email support@bujua.com. We aim to reply within two working days. This statement was last reviewed on October 21, 2026.

Your next explanation could be a two minute video.

The first one needs no account and no install, and the link is ready when recording stops.
