Who needs a paid seat?
Only people who record or upload videos on Pro. Viewers, commenters and admins who don’t record are free. On Team, up to 10 people who record are included in the $49.
Do the people I send videos to pay anything?
No. Anyone with the link can watch, comment and react for free, without an account.
Are AI features extra?
No. Transcripts, captions, summaries and chapters are included on every plan, including Free.
What happens when I hit the Free plan limit?
Your videos keep working. To record more, delete older videos or upgrade. On Free, the recorder stops at 5 minutes.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, any time from Settings. Changes are prorated, and if you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the period.
How do you bill, and what about tax?
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and handles sales tax and VAT. You can pay by card and get proper invoices.
Do you offer discounts?
For schools, nonprofits and teams over 25 people who record, write to us and we will work something out.
