Who counts as a user?

Loom bills per user who creates videos. Its pricing page describes free Creator Lite members alongside paid Creators, so people who mostly watch and comment can be added without a full seat. Each person’s role in workspace settings is what the invoice follows.

What teams pay

Monthly cost by team size
People who recordLoom BusinessLoom Business + AIBujua
5$90$120$40

Bujua includes AI summaries and chapters on every plan, so the fair comparison for AI features is the Business + AI column.

Ways to pay less

  • Pay annually if you’re staying with Loom.
  • Review roles: people who only watch shouldn’t hold a Creator seat.
  • Compare against a tool priced per recorder with AI included. Bujua vs Loom has the details.
